3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the shipping address is in the United States, and that the payment method is yours to use.

4. Products

Every item we sell is ready-made stocked inventory, described from its own care label and measured flat before listing. Colors are shown as accurately as screens allow, and small variations between the photograph and the item in hand can occur. Flat measurements on each listing are taken from the garment and are accurate to within about half an inch.

5. Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we will contact you before shipping and offer the correct price or a full refund. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the parcel is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is issued. Until then we may decline an order because of stock, a pricing error, or a payment we cannot verify, in which case we refund the full amount. 7. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through PayPal's gateway. By submitting payment you authorize the charge for the order total. If a payment fails, no order is created and nothing is charged. If you dispute a charge with your bank or PayPal, we cooperate fully with the process and ask that you email us first, since most issues are resolved faster that way. 8. Shipping

Shipping rates, the order cutoff, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, and that page explains what we do when a parcel runs late or goes missing.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Cancellations and order changes are governed by our Cancel & Change Order Policy. Both form part of these terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with its operation, not to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, and not to copy or scrape its content for commercial purposes. We may restrict access to anyone who does.

11. Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, graphics and layout of this site belong to Kromzen or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled by email is subject to the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
