DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
At Kromzen (accessible via https://kromzen.com), this page explains who owns the content on our site, what you may do with it, and how to notify us if you believe something here infringes your copyright.
Product photographs, descriptions and the pages themselves take work to produce, and other people's work deserves the same respect. We respond to properly formed notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and act on them promptly.
By using our website, you agree to the terms below. If an intellectual property question is not answered here, email us at [email protected] and we will be glad to help.

1. Ownership
All text, photographs, graphics, logos and page layouts on https://kromzen.com are the property of Kromzen or are used under license. They are protected by United States copyright and trademark law.
2. Limited Permission for Personal Use
You may view the site, print pages and save product images for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as comparing sizes or sharing a link with a friend. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or distribute any content for commercial purposes without written permission from us.
3. Respect for Third-Party Rights
We do not knowingly use photographs, text or marks that belong to someone else without permission. If we have made a mistake, we want to hear about it and we fix it quickly.
4. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on our site infringes a copyright you own or represent, email a notice to [email protected] containing the following six items:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site you claim is infringing, with enough detail (a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact details: name, mailing address and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. What Happens Next
On receiving a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly, notify the person who posted it where applicable, and keep a record of the notice. If the notice is incomplete, we email you to ask for the missing items.
6. Counter-Notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may email a counter-notice to [email protected] containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or for Fairfield County, Connecticut, if you are outside the United States.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
7. Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, we terminate the access of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
8. Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees. Please make sure a notice or counter-notice is accurate before sending it.
