Payment Methods
Last Updated: October 2026
At Kromzen (accessible via https://kromzen.com), this page lists the ways you can pay, how your payment details are protected, when your card is charged, and what happens if a payment does not go through.
Paying for a shirt should take less time than choosing it. Checkout runs through a single gateway, accepts the cards most people already carry, and does not require you to open any new account.
By placing an order, you agree to the payment terms below. If a payment question is not answered here, email us at [email protected] and we will be glad to help.

1. Accepted Methods
- PayPal. Pay from your PayPal balance or a linked bank account or card.
- Debit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover debit cards, entered at checkout.
- Credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards, entered at checkout.
2. The PayPal Gateway
Every payment, including card payments, is processed through PayPal's gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card: choose the card option at checkout and enter your details on the secure payment page. All charges are one-time charges; we never set up subscriptions or recurring billing.
3. Payment Security
Card numbers and account details are entered on PayPal's encrypted pages and are never stored on, or visible to, our systems. We see only the confirmation that payment was approved, the amount and the last four digits of the card where PayPal provides them.
4. When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time you place the order. If we later cancel an order or you cancel it within the window in our Cancel & Change Order Policy, the full amount is refunded to the same method.
5. Currency and Foreign Transaction Fees
All prices and charges are in US Dollars. If your card or PayPal account is held in another currency, your issuer converts the charge at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee that we do not control or receive.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on the shipping address, and shown before you confirm the order.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, nothing is charged and no order is created. The most common causes are a typo in the card number or expiry date, a billing address that does not match the card, an insufficient balance, or a bank fraud filter on an unfamiliar merchant. Check the details, try again, or contact your bank. If it still fails, email us and we will look at it from our side.
8. Pending Authorizations
Some banks show a pending authorization for a declined or canceled payment for a few days before it drops off. This is a hold, not a charge, and it releases automatically. If a hold remains after a week, write to us and we will confirm the status with PayPal.
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. How refunds are processed, and how long they take, is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Contact
A declined card, a hold that will not clear, or a receipt you need reissued: send it to the address below.
