Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
At Kromzen (accessible via https://kromzen.com), this page explains what cookies are, which kinds our site uses, and how you can control them in your browser.
A shirt in your cart should still be there when you come back, and that is what most of our cookies do. A few others help us see which pages are useful. None of them track you across the internet on our behalf.
By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies as described below. If a cookie question is not answered here, email us at [email protected] and we will be glad to help.
Cookies at a Glance
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Essential cookies | Always on; the site cannot work without them |
| Optional cookies | Analytics and marketing; can be disabled |
| Third-party cookies | PayPal and our analytics provider |
| Your control | Browser settings, explained below |
1. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. It lets the site remember you from one page to the next, or from one visit to the next. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels do the same job and are covered by this policy.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
| Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Cart, checkout, login and security | Session or up to 1 year |
| Functional | Remembered settings and preferences | Up to 1 year |
| Analytics | Anonymous page and traffic statistics | Up to 2 years |
| Marketing | Measuring whether an ad led to a visit | Up to 90 days |
3. Third-Party Cookies
PayPal sets cookies during checkout to secure the payment and prevent fraud. Our analytics provider sets cookies to count visits and page views in aggregate. These providers act under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
4. How Long Cookies Last
Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for the duration shown in the table above, or until you delete them.
5. Managing and Disabling Cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings menu, usually under Privacy or Site Data. You can block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, or clear them after each session. Blocking essential cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working, so if you want to order, allow at least those.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the most recent revision.
